James Boone
James H. Boone, M.S., is the Director of Collaborative Studies and a Senior Research Scientist for TECHLAB, Inc. – a medical diagnostic company that focuses on clinical assays for enteric and autoimmune diseases including inflammatory bowel diseases. He received his B.S. in Biochemistry and M.S. in Microbiology/Immunology from Virginia Polytechnic and State University. He has over 10 U.S. patents in the area of biomarkers for intestinal inflammation and C. difficile disease, and is a co-inventor of the QUIK CHEK technology, a rapid membrane-based diagnostic test offered by TECHLAB.
