Kristin Baird, RN, BSN, MHA
Kristin Baird is a thought leader in healthcare culture, leadership development, and patient experience. With over 25 years in healthcare, Baird’s experience ranges from nursing to marketing, business development and administration. Today she leads a consulting firm laser-focused on transforming culture through leadership development. In addition to her work in customer service strategies, mystery shopping, and employee engagement, Baird is a renowned industry speaker and the author of five books and over 300 articles on patient experience, culture, leadership and employee engagement. An innovator in the healthcare space, Baird Group’s work has been featured in the New York Times. Baird received an appointment from the Secretary of Health to serve on the National Advisory Council for the National Health Service Corps. She earned her BSN from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and her MHA from Cardinal Stritch University.
