Kevin McCollom
Kevin McCollom has been drumming for 50 years and has gigged professionally in numerous genres including Bluegrass, C&W, Jazz, Blues, Folk, R&B, Rock and Progressive Rock. Hailing from Motown he's had the honor to study with Detroit's finest session and orchestral players including the late, great Gene Stewart, Myron McDonald, and local legends Bill Cairo, Danny Wilson and Mary Mooney. Kevin has recorded and streamed numerous times and released on various platforms. Kevin's favorite drummers are Bernard Purdie, David Garibaldi, Dave Weckl, Morgan Rose, Mike Portnoy, Marco Minnermann, Thomas Lang, and Virgil Donati.
