Jay Wyant
As the Minnesota's Chief Information Accessibility Officer (CIAO) Wyant works with state agencies to define best practices, design and implement strategies to change organizational culture, improve procurement processes, and organize communities of practice, all focused on ensuring that the State's information and services are fully accessible to its citizens and employees. Also a member of IAAP Global Leadership Council, and has gotten the chance to blog about vendor responsibilities with respect to digital accessibility. He is passionate about this topic because without vendor support, accessible services can't be delivered.
