Adam Gordon
Adam I Gordon is the President and Managing Partner of Wildflower Ltd. Gordon was born in New York City. He graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA in International Relations with high honors, and then earned an MBA in finance from The Wharton School. He has long been a committed environmentalist and served on the Directors Cabinet at Scripps Institution of Oceanography. His residential projects have been widely published. Gordon has celebrated concept, material and process on each of his properties. After Wharton, Gordon worked at Trammell Crow Company. In 1990, he purchased property in the Bucktown area of Chicago and in the factory outlet village of Manchester, Vermont, propelling his career as a developer. Gordon began a pattern of identifying and capitalizing on early entrance in emerging real estate strategies: urban mixed use, luxury factory outlets, urban infill self storage, e- commerce and vertical film studios.
