Jen Housholder

Jen Housholder is an Air Force civilian engineer, Army Reserve pilot, musician, and the founder/CEO of the Science of Active Resilience (SOAR), LLC.  She has her B.S. from LSU in Mathematics and a Master's in Military Art and Science from Air University. Jen is an active Army National Guard Reservist and pilots the UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter, fulfilling a childhood dream.  She is a Certified Army and Air Force Resilience Trainer and a Trauma Resource Institute Certified Community Resiliency Model Teacher. As a survivor of childhood sexual trauma with two combat deployments, Jen's passion is to share the lifesaving knowledge and skills she obtained through these organizations and her resiliency trainings. She is especially close in heart to those struggling with suicidal ideation and is living proof that the darkness does not have to win.
