Sarah has a number of years’ experience within Resilience and Business Continuity, implementing Business Continuity and Resilience strategies across Professional Services, Finance and Legal Firms. Sarah has supported colleagues from both the UK and EMEA in creating their Business Continuity strategies and is able to support individuals at all levels to understand the requirements of Regulators, Insurers and clients when it comes to a robust BCMS. Sarah currently works at Irwin Mitchell, supporting a business over 14 locations with multiple regulatory requirements to implement Business Continuity. The Firm is committed to delivering excellent client service and requires a Resilience strategy that supports our clients 24/7/365. Sarah leads the Business Continuity team to achieve this, and works with colleagues at all levels to truly embed the idea of Resilience into the culture of the organization.
