Jo Clark
Prior to Highmark Health, Ms. Clark served as senior director of population health at Aria Health System in Philadelphia, where she was responsible for the administrative oversight of the population health programs and campaigns to drive the health system’s overall performance on value-based contracts and quality programs. She also previously worked for Alegis Care, a Cigna subsidiary in Chicago, where she served as director of operations for chronic care management programs and for Cigna-Healthspring Living Well Center in Philadelphia where she worked as operations manager. Her career experience additionally includes work as a clinical care nurse in complex care for Bravo Health Advanced Care Center, a Healthspring Company, and work as a critical care nurse in the medical intensive care unit of the University of Pennsylvania Health System in Philadelphia.
