Matthias Anderegg
Matthias Anderegg is a trainer and managing partner of his own training company and an expert for experiential learning. His field of expertise is in leadership presence, personal storytelling in organizations and win-win negotiations, in short, around wholehearted interaction between human beings. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in mediation and conflict resolution. He has spent over a decade on stage as an improvisation actor and co-founder of the most successful improvisation company in Switzerland. At the core, Matthias is a passionate improvisor, who thrives in moments of great uncertainty. Once he releases himself from all expectations, he’s experiencing a deep sense of fulfilment by looking at the world with beginner’s eyes. He is gifted with a deep understanding of others and an instinctive sense of interactions and relationships. His purpose is to work with group dynamics and to assist others in their personal growth.
