Ken Lombardo
Ken Lombardo is a corporate and business law attorney at Kerr Russell, with than 20 years of experience. He primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions, business law, federal and state securities law, taxation and estate planning. He helps clients with business formation, business succession planning, shareholder voting and buy-sell agreements, asset and stock sales, mergers, recapitalizations, joint venture agreements, license agreements, and other corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ken served for ten years as General Counsel for a Nasdaq listed public company involved primarily in the automotive, trucking, and alternative energy sectors, ensuring the company’s compliance with all aspects of the company’s legal affairs. Ken is also a Certified Public Accountant and, before beginning his law career, spent six years in the audit and tax departments at one of the big four accounting firms.
