Krisandra Knight
Krisandra Knight is the Head of Sales Operations for Maersk Oceania. Her teams ensure smooth sailing for the customer journey. She is a WISTA Australia Committee Member and excited to be part of a dynamic and growing industry. Krisandra’s passion for customer experience was sparked by her mom’s struggles with Multiple Sclerosis. Her mom spent a lot of time in hospitals and many years in a wheelchair. From the age of 12, she was advocating for access, respect, and care for her mom. Her experience has shaped her as an advocate for respect and care for customers. Customer Experience is about acknowledging our 'human-ness' and acting with empathy despite the challenges that institutional processes, procedures and systems can put in our way. Krisandra has a funny, joyful and determined four-year old, Tilly Ruth. Her wife, Katie Lambert, is a graphic designer and painter. When Krisandra isn’t working, she is at the pitch or the playground with Tilly Ruth.
