Amanda Rogers is a life coach, somatic experiencing practitioner, professional speaker and award-winning author. She works with the principles of co-active coaching, involving the active and collaborative participation of both coach and client to approach goal setting, life balance and self-management. Amanda draws on her experience as a specialist in trauma healing to restore to health a traumatized body, brain and psyche. Her somatic training blends the latest findings in neuroscience, biology and body-oriented psychotherapy to enable clients to self-regulate high states of arousal and intense emotions. She is a graduate of Northwestern University, The Coaches Training Institute and The Somatic Experiencing Trauma Institute. Amanda offers a complimentary 30-minute session for the curious at heart.
