Amanda Rogers is a life coach, somatic experiencing practitioner, professional speaker and award-winning author. She works with the principles of co-active coaching, involving the active and collaborative participation of both coach and client to approach goal setting, life balance and self-management. Amanda draws on her experience as a specialist in trauma healing to restore to health a traumatized body, brain and psyche. Her somatic training blends the latest findings in neuroscience, biology and body-oriented psychotherapy to enable clients to self-regulate high states of arousal and intense emotions. She is a graduate of Northwestern University, The Coaches Training Institute and The Somatic Experiencing Trauma Institute. Amanda offers a complimentary 30-minute session for the curious at heart. Along with weekly sessions, she offers clients free “touchpoints” throughout the week. These calls, emails or texts are for clients to get immediate support. Amanda believes that the majority of work and the greatest potential for progress exists between sessions. Find her at: email@example.com.
