Raul Cabada
Raul Cabada is The Entrada Group’s Director of Operations, having been with the company since 2015. He has over two decades of experience in process engineering, production and operations, and a first-class track record in lean production and logistics. Raul previously led Mitsubishi’s TPS lean manufacturing principles, in which manufacturing is organized to interact optimally with suppliers and customers. Today Raul applies his expertise in areas such as lean production and quality assurance to improve Entrada’s processes and ensure a high level of service delivery to Entrada’s manufacturing clients. Raul’s lean manufacturing experience with a Japanese OEM is invaluable as he supports Entrada’s clients from around the globe, including those in the automotive industry. Raul received an Industrial Engineering degree with a specialty in Total Quality Management and a master’s degree in Industrial Administration.
