Kerri Lambie

As a Holistic Nutritionist, Kerri places emphasis on assessing the whole person including emotions, dietary indulgences/restrictions and lifestyle choices in order to restore balance. She believes in the healing capabilities that food can provide. Kerri uses her education from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition to help guide people towards a happier, healthier and more fulfilling life. She is a graduate of the Ontario College of Homeopathic Medicine. Kerri is a mother of 2 boys who have been the inspiration for her journey into holistic living right from the beginning! With the birth of each of them, she went back to school to learn and grow so I could offer them the fullest and healthiest life possible. Kerri definitely has a few things to teach those who have children who are fussy eaters. She believes in open communication with her boys and that means allowing them to make decisions. They have likes and dislikes, curiosities and their own thoughts, whether it be picking a new vegetable or fruit to try or having the conversation on why we choose to not eat certain foods. As Kerri says: ‘Dictatorship does not work, rebellion will ensue!’ Her main goal is to make nutrition creative by getting people out of the box (both literally and figuratively) and out into the garden. The garden is now Kerri’s playground!
