Our returning guest is Jennifer Drummond. She is the Founder and President of Racial Lens a Client-centred consulting company creating safe spaces for difficult conversations about race. She is a dynamic, humourous and a very astute teacher and facilitator with a specialty in diversity, inclusion and equity training. A graduate of York University in International Studies and a graduate of the Spiritual Psychotherapy Program at Transformational Arts College, Jennifer has an extensive background in the creation and implementation of children's programs. She has been described as creative, innovative, articulate and a fast thinker. Jennifer's work seeks not to shame, guilt or chastise anyone for the unconscious beliefs that so many hold about the races. Instead she seeks to elevate through active discussions the inclusion of all in becoming anti-racial advocates. And on a fun note she is also one mean belly-dancing instructor. Now that is balance!
