Walter Link chairs the Global Academy and the Global Leadership Network, which innovate individual and collective leadership practice and theory in support of a more humane, peaceful, and sustainable world. Walter integrates his longtime inner work practice and teaching with expertise in leadership development, consulting, and coaching to benefit leaders and their organizations in civil society, business, and the public sector. Formerly a partner in B. Grimm, a Eurasian industrial group, Walter helped to pioneer movements that helped strengthen social entrepreneurship and reinvent business practice in support of social and environmental sustainability. He chaired the Social Venture Network in Europe and co-founded EMPRESA, a network supporting CSR organizations throughout Latin America. He has helped found and run numerous civil society and educational institutions including the first fully-accredited MBA in Sustainable Management in the United States.
