Sebastian Fox
Sebastian Fox set up brownfox consultancy after almost 20 years working in senior sales, key account and marketing roles in the UK, Europe and Asia. Seb is a qualified team coach who helps leadership and functional teams significantly improve their performance through helping them develop better relationships both within the team itself, and between the team and the wider organisation in which it operates. He is part of the Faculty at the Team Coaching Studio (TCS) and co-leads their Community of Practice. He is also an accredited executive coach who has worked with over 300 individuals helping them become as good as they be at Business Development (BD), Key Client Management and leadership. Recognising that many people find BD challenging, and drawing on his own experiences working in a law firm, much of his work is around enabling individuals – especially those for whom client management and business development doesn’t come naturally or easily – to apply sound principles and good practice in a way that allows those individuals to become comfortable, self-supporting and able to sustain their BD activities over their careers.
