Sebastien Trahan is a Director, Automotive Industry at SAP. Sebastien has been focusing on Customer Experience for over 15 years, during which he has been promoting and assisting organizations to adopt and expand Direct to Consumers transformational initiatives in different industries like Travel and Transportation and Entertainment. Sebastien has been with SAP since 2015 and joined the Automotive Industry Business Unit in 2021 where he is assisting various actors of the industry with their customer experience management programs.
