Gordon Anderson

Gordon Anderson has enjoyed an eclectic career, now entering its fifth decade! Despite early years in the UK farming industry, it was working with the major record labels in the late 1980s and into the 1990s that set the pattern for a career in disruptive innovation. He helped the BBC enter the digital era with children’s CD-ROMs and gamifying their major brands, then spent a decade in consumer start-ups across comedy, music, mobile apps, smart-home and poker. His current focus of music in healthcare he says, is the natural culmination of this almost random career journey as well as eclectic connections, and disruptive thinking, combined with a powerful desire to improve people’s lives through simple universal ideas, particularly to benefit those less fortunate. His latest endeavor, Memory Tracks is the first product from the new venture. An app that supports dementia caregivers, decreases agitation, builds connections, and improves care quality.
