Bill Guertin
Bill Guertin (pronounced like the number "13") is known as "The 800-Pound Gorilla of Sales Performance". He's a 30-plus year sales expert, published author, sales trainer, keynote speaker, musician, emcee, husband, father of three, grandfather of five, and foster to two very needy rescue dogs. Bill started his working career in small market radio at the age of 16, becoming the youngest licensed radio broadcaster in the state of Illinois. He spent 25 years in broadcast media in the Chicago suburbs, becoming a broadcast advertising sales rep, sales manager, General Manager and part-owner of a station before starting his own sales training company in 2004. He wanted to work in sports, and so he became a trainer to the ticket sales departments of professional sports teams. His first team was the Chicago Bulls in 2004, and has since worked with over 100 individual teams in most every major sport in the US, Canada and Mexico. He started a VIRTUAL training company for sports & entertainment with several partners in 2017, and today serves as Chief Learning Officer of that company. COVID-19 nearly put him out of business, but he was able to reinvent himself, and is still in the middle of that reinvention today.
