Steve Hoffmann is the Founder and CEO of Newt Corporation - a Canadian Company with subsidiaries in USA & Mexico, providing software and kiosk solutions within the Fintech Software Services, primarily focused on B2B. Steve is a seasoned entrepreneur and business executive, who forged his entrepreneurial spirit in New York, having founded a successful Renewable Energy Company. Later on, he spent time in Zurich, Switzerland, where he honed his skills in private and public companies in sectors of finance, natural resources & mining, blockchain, gaming, encryption, energy storage, in addition to financial services and gaining experience in capital markets. Most recently, Steve spent several years in Mexico, where his knowledge and travel experiences helped him realize his strong interest in technology-related businesses, and a true passion for helping companies enter the digital space, raising capital and offering strategic advisory to start-ups and emerging businesses.
