Ashley Powell
Ashley Powell is in her 13th season with the Indianapolis Colts, her third as the director of community relations. A graduate of Indiana University, Powell began her career with the Colts in 2008 as a promotions assistant and has since climbed the organizational ladder, being promoted to marketing coordinator in 2010, spending six years in that position before being promoted in 2016 to marketing manager and finally being elevated to her current role in 2018. As director of community relations, she drives the organization’s commitment to building a healthy, inclusive and compassionate community through outreach, projects and partnerships. She also supports current and former players by engaging with them in charitable efforts, helping them leave a legacy of service to the community.
