Mary Oves is an author and the head writer of the popular lifestyle blog The Chrysalis Collective. She is a freelance journalist and college professor of English, and an educational consultant with Inspired Instruction, a small but passionate educational consulting company. She is a regular contributor to the Erma Bombeck Humor Writer's Guild, and a frequent presenter at Soaring Spirits events all over the world. She has been regaling her fan base with her insights for the past thirty years in dozens of national and local magazines, newspapers and blogs, and will be publishing her book "This is Widowhood: The Ups, the Downs, the In-Betweens" in 2022.
