Rabbi and Pastor William Hepfner, of Life's Destiny Church and Yeshua Ha Mashiach, of Mesa, AZ. Pastor Hepfner, Th.D. International Pentecostal Holiness Church Arizona District Evangelism Director, is a visionary with a prophetic and energetic type of preaching.
