Hello, we are Matthew and Luigi. We own and operate Shield Advisory Group, a full service consulting firm that helps small businesses scale and access capital. Truth be told we are complete opposites... I barely finished High School and somehow talked my way in to landing a job at one of the oldest firms on the New York Stock Exchange. Close to two decades later, after becoming a partner in my investment bank, I left WallStreet. Today I own several businesses and also have been featured in MarketInsider, Yahoo Finance and am a contributor at Forbes. Luigi on the other hand has had more of a "so called '' formal education.Having graduated from law school and having a background in architecture, political science he is able to identify critical avenues for expansion for our clients. Besides being a history buff, he has owned and managed an array of small to medium sized businesses. Together, we run Shield Advisory Group and host a podcast called "TheLiquid Lunch Project''. We are focused on helping Entrepreneurs andBusiness owners cut through the noise in the market place and excel their growth.
