Barbara Rubel’s journey began when her father, a retired New York City Police Officer, died by suicide while she was pregnant with triplets. Barbara’s desire is to help others to focus on personal growth, and the art of resilience when coping with tragedy. She is the author of But I Didn't Say Goodbye: Helping Children and Families After a Sudden Loss and Death Dying and Bereavement.
