Margrit Laman

Margrit Laman  I did not take any college courses in fashion merchandising… I was a Modern Languages Major…. My original “fashion” background came from observing my mother create couture level dresses to help supplement the family income after WWII which ended up leading me to take up hand weaving on a loom and creating cloth for clothing….. with no market for the finished  product in Tucson I decided to open my own boutique..specializing in one of a kind items in addition to my own.  I searched out other designers through the American Craft Organization as well as the incredible Craft Market held in Philadelphia. For many years we represented some of the most talented designers from those markets. With shifts in the market and we have added many accessories and jewelry. We have many unique clothing lines from all over the world in lighter weight fabrics for the SW as well as our hand made merchandise.
