Jill Guardia
Jill Guardia is currently the Executive Director of Sales Enablement at TriNet, a leading PEO organization based out of Dublin California. Jill has been at TriNet for almost 5 years, leading the sales enablement function including all training and development, sales communications, sales events, and many programs created to improve sales rep productivity. Prior to TriNet, Jill led enablement teams at several software organizations, both large and small, including Rapid7, Constant Contact and Symantec. Jill has been an active member of the Sales Enablement Society, initially holding a board seat for the Boston Chapter. Outside of work, Jill enjoys yoga, reading and traveling.
