Susan Ash-Lee
Susan is an oncology social worker with over two decades of experience. She has focused her career on building robust supportive care oncology programs which include, psychosocial research, integrated psychosocial support, advanced illness coordination and post-treatment survivorship. She is particularly interested in how resiliency models and positive psychology interventions can increase well-being, enhance life satisfaction, and personal growth and change. As Cancer Support Community’s Vice President, Clinical Services, Susan oversees its Helpline navigation program and all program services throughout the organization. Prior to joining CSC, Susan was the Director of Clinical Social Work for Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers, Colorado’s largest provider of cancer care.
