Gian Power
Gian Power is the Founder & CEO of TLC Lions. Gian set up his first business aged 13 and later worked at Deutsche Bank and PwC. In 2019 Gian was the winner of the NatWest Great British Entrepreneur Awards and he sits on the board of This Can Happen, the UK's largest mental health conference and is an ambassador for the Missing People Charity. His work has reached over 1 million employees and featured in Forbes, Business Insider, BBC and more. In 2015, an unexpected family tragedy changed Gian’s life forever when his father was murdered overseas. After some months off to lead the murder investigation (which continues to be ongoing today), Gian returned to work but shortly after one of his colleagues died by suicide from the PwC building. Gian’s mental health was deeply affected by the recent events in his life. Gian started to see the power of sharing his story and experience with others and the positive impact this can have. Gian decided to leave PwC to set up TLC Lions in order to focus on the power of storytelling and he continues to share his story with companies all around the world.
