Lucy Kyllonen
Lucy Kyllonen was born and raised in New York City, but sunny Tampa Bay has been her home for over 30 years where she co-leads Crossover Church alongside her Pastor husband, Tommy “Urban D.” Kyllonen. They have been married for 26 years and have 2 teenage daughters. She co-authored, The Seed Was Always There, a book with impactful real life stories that present extraordinary challenges that are tackled with honesty and faith by ordinary women. Lucy holds a BA in Psychology, MA in Mental Health Counseling and a Life Coaching Certification, not to mention the experiences of life as continuing education. Lucy has served in a variety of leadership positions from youth ministry, to conference and retreat planning, Administration and the past fifteen years as Director of Chosen Women’s Ministry. Her passions include coaching, teaching, speaking and leading women into their potential. But her niche is drawing out the strengths and gifts in women who are in leadership roles and creating empowering opportunities for them to thrive by helping them overcome lies, false self-perceptions, comparison traps and fear! Through the years, Lucy has learned the positive and the negative power of the thoughts we think and the words we speak. Her goal, is to empower women to empower other women!
