Shari Rossow
Shari has worked in retail for 34 years, 24 of those, for a large Minnesota-based Consumer Electronics retailer where she held many positions. As an officer of the company for the past 7 years, Shari helped shape the strategic direction of the company through her expertise across corporate and field operations, as well as the digital & technology, and Human Resources. Shari served as executive sponsor for the company’s Women’s Employee Network, was a St. Jude ambassador, and shared her passion and expertise of the Enneagram with thousands over a period of 23 years. Shari learned early on the importance of creating room for people to grow by being curious and asking questions, resulting in teams of highly-productive, happy, and loyal people. Shari fundamentally believes in creating a sense of belonging, one where safety in expression and speaking up are the norm. Shari has been a practitioner of the Enneagram since 1999, first introduced to it by her late mother in law, Lynn. Shari found the Enneagram to be incredibly insightful not only to understand herself better, but more importantly, others. She has leveraged its methodology over the years in all aspects of her personal and professional life.
