Heather Krentler is the Chief Administrative Officer for Continental, a food management company that specializes in “Food Your Way”: providing flexible food solutions for a flexible workforce. After fifteen years in advertising and media, Heather transitioned to the food industry in 2017 and has been dedicated to building consultative and collaborative centralized services for a rapidly growing enterprise ever since, including Human Resources, Marketing, Systems Management, Risk Management, Loss Prevention, and Project Management. She brings a passion for service to the table and specializes in leadership development and change management as a Gallup-Certified Strengths-Based Coach.
