Juanita Campbell Rasmus

Juanita Campbell Rasmus is a Transformational Coach, Author, and speaker with a passion for coaching people to live their most expansive lives. Juanita co-leads the St. John’s Church in Downtown Houston with her husband Rudy. She travels speaking on spirituality and the transformational lessons she learned after a life-altering major depressive episode. Juanita’s memoir chronicling her dark night of the soul moment titled, LEARNING TO BE: Finding Your Center After The Bottom Falls Out, was published by InterVarsity Press and released in the Fall of 2020. Additionally, she released Forty Days on Being A One (Enneagram Daily Reflections) in May 2021. Juanita co-founded the non-profit Bread of Life, Inc. in 1992, serving meals to the homeless in the sanctuary at St. John's. She teamed up with Tina Knowles Lawson and Beyoncé to address issues of health and disaster relief for 40,000 flood victims after Hurricane Harvey in Houston. Juanita launched the Temenos Community Development Corporation in 2006, which completed $30M+ in housing development projects for downtown Houston’s homeless. She founded The Art Project-Houston to empower the city's homeless to become hope-filled painters and artisans who craft their own livelihood and create lives filled with new possibilities.
