Norma Dávila
Norma Dávila is a fully bilingual/bicultural certified resume writer and career management coach. She establishes partnerships with clients who are in mid-career, exploring new options, and in executive roles so that they present who they are and what they offer to prospective employers. Norma establishes individual connections with her clients and gains a deeper understanding of where they are in their lives beyond their work history, skills, and education by applying her expertise in handling changes across the lifecycle. She “speaks the language” of industries such as banking, technology, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, medical devices, retail sales, risk management, education, energy, and automotive sales, among others. She is delighted when they call her to ask questions and to share with her that they received an employment offer! Norma has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Yale University and master’s and doctoral degrees in psychology from the University of Chicago.
