Virginia Dee Banks, M.D., M.B.A, is an Infectious Disease physician with Northeastern Ohio Infectious Disease Associates of Youngstown, Ohio. Dr. Banks is the former Chair of Infectious Disease at the University of Pittsburg Medical Center-Hermitage PA campus and member of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Anti-Infective Advisory Committee.
