Nilly Essaides is a recognized thought leader in the area of finance digital transformation and enterprise performance management. As Managing Director of Research & Insight at NeuGroup, she is spearheading the development of the FP&A Practice. NeuGroup is a boutique finance IP creation with over 26 peer groups, benchmarking surveys and multimedia channels. Prior to joining NeuGroup, Nilly was the Senior Director of Research for The Hackett’s Group’s Finance and EPM Advisory Practice. She also led the FP&A practice at AFP.
