Ame-Lia Tamburinni- BIO Started in 2019, Hum Consulting was born out of a lifetime of mediation practice and a strong desire to heal the divides in our communities. Committed to connection and reconciliation, Hum’s dialogues leave people feeling seen, heard, and united to those around them. Ame-Lia Tamburrini, the CEO of Hum Consulting and host of the Circle of Change podcast, has helped Indigenous and rural communities, governments, and industry partners to listen to each other for over 20 years. She is a certified facilitator of restorative justice, trauma-informed practices, and circle dialogue. She has spoken on international stages on leadership, communication, and connection. Her most recent article, published in Douglas Magazine, focuses on Creating Cultures of Belonging. Today, Ame-Lia is on a mission to reignite kindness at the core of humanity. Her trauma-informed Kindness Circles have impacted over 100 people and have been called “the perfect antidote to disconnection in the post-covid era.” After many years working in public engagement, group facilitation, and restorative justice, she believes kindness is the foundation from which we heal and change the world.
