Sonja Wasden is a suicide survivor. She has managed the bipolar, OCD, and anxiety disorder for over 30 years. She has been interviewed on CBS This Morning and The Tamron Hall Show. Sonja’s award-winning memoir, An Impossible Life, is a lighthouse of hope.
