Julie Lawson

Julie Lawson is an entrepreneur, author, and CEO of Reins Institute, a leadership development and coaching firm. She has worked with more than 3,500 leaders and managers on building resilience and leadership capacity. Prior to focusing on leadership development, Julie served as a nonprofit executive for more than 20 years, including serving as executive director of the Association of VA Hematology/Oncology, the Crime Victim Advocacy Center, the Missouri Supreme Court Commission on Racial and Ethnic Fairness, and the Women's Foundation of Greater St. Louis. She is nationally recognized for her expertise in victimology, emotional intelligence, and resilience. Julie holds two advanced degrees and is a certified change management professional. In addition to her work with leaders, she is the founder of the National Alliance for Victims. Her life's work is helping others build resilience to face a turbulent world.
