Jenny Homme

Jenny Homme is a Lead Business Process Engineer at enGen, a technology subsidiary of Highmark Health. Jenny joined Highmark Health in 2018 in a Careers2B role. She has since been hired on full time and received 3 promotions until landing in her current position. As a lead business process engineer, she provides guidance to technology leaders across the Highmark Health enterprise on how to improve their technology offerings, improve digital accessibility, and build their technology strategy. As the team lead, she also helps to guide the strategic vision of her team, mentor her peers, and look for continuous improvement opportunities. Jenny has had a passion for disability inclusion her entire life. Growing up with a father who is blind, it became very clear that there was a lack of accessibility and inclusion in the world around her. Her own experience with bipolar disorder and PTSD also highlighted the stigma for people with mental health disabilities. She now works as the liaison for the Careers2B program at Highmark, helping to further the hiring of people with disabilities. Jenny is the Chair of the Abilities Business Resource Group, a BRG focused on supporting employees, customers, and patients with disabilities.
