Laura Ziff founded Associated Asset Management AAM in 1990, a professional Community Association Management Company dedicated to delivering total peace of mind. Over the last 33 years, AAM has grown to be one of the foremost providers of professional community association services in the United States, with seventeen offices in twelve states and over 900 employees. Prior to founding AAM, Laura gained tremendous experience working with leading financial institutions in the Phoenix metropolitan area, which led her to establish her own community management firm.Laura also has a background in education and worked as a teacher for nearly a decade, with two of those years spent in Honduras teaching young children to speak English. She continues to use her teaching experience and communication skills on a regular basis in her many volunteering efforts, including serving those experiencing homelessness.Operating under the core fundamental of Give Back. Pay Forward, both in her professional career and personal life, Laura has made a weekly commitment since 2017 to volunteer at the Andre House, which serves those currently experiencing homelessness in downtown Phoenix. During her volunteer time, she works in the office serving as a resource for the clients that come to Andre House for help.
