Sherry Lapaglia
In her role as Director of Talent Programs and Product Innovation, Sherry Lapaglia works with senior leadership to ensure talent programs run efficiently to meet the recruitment needs of Bender Consulting Services' customers. She oversees disability diversity, equity, and inclusion strategic planning consulting engagements. Through her position, Sherry effects change for customers that takes inclusion beyond a desire to do the right thing to creating a positive shift in thought and improved business productivity. In addition, Sherry supports content creation and oversees the eLearning course development lifecycle for iDisability and curriculum development and grant writing for the Bender Leadership Academy.
