Her work focuses on leadership and team performance ( in all workspaces - physical and digital), instructional design, coaching and facilitation, to enhance the transfer of learning by building internal capacity through coaching, mentoring, focusing on teamwork and leadership. Jennifer delivers customized coaching training for managers and leaders, as well as ICF CCE approved group and team coaching training.
