Maryann Karinch

Maryann Karinch is the author of 33 commercially published books, most of which focus on human behavior. She co-authored many of them with subject matter experts, including a former CIA clandestine office and two former, decorated Army interrogators—one of whom was James Pyle, her co-author for Find Out Anything from Anyone, Anytime and Control the Conversation. She was elected to membership in The Explorers Club in 2010 in part because her of adventures focused on understanding responses of the human psyche in extreme conditions. She is one of the few women to have completed the inaugural Eco-Challenge, is an experienced skydiver and whitewater kayaker, holds an open-water certification in scuba, and is a former pilot. She holds BA and MA degrees from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC
