John "Jay" Snead
John "Jay" Snead served in the United States Air Force and retired at the highest rank of Chief Master Sergeant with honors. Jay is proud to share his triumphs, trailblazing tips, and words of wisdom to lead others to a gainful career in the corporate world and as the creator of one's own dreams as an entrepreneur. Jay is a speaker, author, and motivational mentor with a passion for helping comrades overcome obstacles and helping his communities with empathy and a historical discovery about African American History. Jay has aspirations of resurrecting old projects into new ones and believes that journaling ideas manifests them into life and has launched his new consulting business in 2023 titled Peak 2 Peak Consulting with a specialty in Marketing and Business Solutions.
