Guilherme Braga, CEO and Founder (Employment of People with Disabilities) of Egalite. Egalite started as a small project inside a University in Porto Alegre in the south of Brazil. They provide recruitment and consulting services for companies that want to hire people with disabilities. They developed an online recruiting platform that is totally accessible for all people with disabilities. They never charge the candidates; receiving revenue from the companies that are hiring. They help to include people with disabilities in job opportunities, increasing their income and allowing them to demonstrate their full potential. Their purpose is to impact the world through equal opportunities. They have 3 core values: (1) they love everyone, the company is prejudice free; (2) always learn and share; (3) success is the positive impact they generate.
