Louis Brown is a highly regarded figure in the real estate industry, known for his top-quality training, systems and forms that have been utilized by students in all 50 states, across Canada, and in multiple foreign countries. With over 40 years of experience as a real estate investor, Lou draws from a diverse background that includes investments in single family homes, apartments, hotels, subdivisions, and more. What began as a means of lifting himself and his single mother out of poverty has blossomed into one of the most inspiring success stories in real estate. Lou's passion for helping people who dream of owning a home but lack the means to do so through traditional channels has led him to found the Certified Affordable Housing Provider brand. Lou is a devoted husband and father, as well as an author, lecturer, inventor, builder, designer, and real estate expert. He has been featured as an expert in numerous publications and by various authors, and he has held volunteer positions such as past President and designated lifetime member of the Georgia Real Estate Investors Association (GaREIA).
