Susan C. Chandler
Susan C. Chandler is the Chief Merchandising Officer for Citizen Watch America, overseeing product strategy for all brands – Citizen, Bulova, Caravelle, Wittnauer and the licensed brands including Disney, Marvel, Star Wars. Susan has lead merchandising, product development and design teams within the jewelry and watch industry for over 30 years. Prior to joining Citizen, Susan held senior positions at established brands including David Yurman, Scott Kay and Frederick Goldman and for Avon Products, Inc. for North America. Susan began her career as a corporate buyer at Mercantile Stores. In addition, Susan is the President of the Women's Jewelry Association National Board of Directors. The WJA was established to help women in the jewelry and watch industries advance and develop professionally through networking, education, leadership development, and the provision of member services. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in from Indiana University.
