Melika Hesseltine, is the CEO of MPH Health Inc. She has over 18 years in Healthcare Management experience and has spent her entire healthcare career in helping Physicians in Operations. What you may not know about Melika Hesseltine, is she was born in a small village in Indonesia and as a child had limited resources for healthcare. It is part of her upbringing as an immigrant, that drives her to be a service mindset CEO and create a company to do just that. If you ask Melika what she loves most about her business she would say, she is grateful for the opportunities in meeting amazing people and working with them and learning from all of them the acquisition of knowledge they have brought her. Her experience and desire to share it to Physicians so they gain time, so they can be readily available to serve their community. Freeing up doctors with business and management keeps physicians focus on patient quality care. MPH Health designed a Management Platform, that now can be used across the country through her consulting or used under her Management Service Organization. MSO’s support smaller Private Practices and Ambulatory Surgery Centers across the US. MPH Health is in the background supporting these doctors in process like, Accounting, Business Analytics, Billing Revenue Cycle Management, Procedure & Policies, SOP’s, Training, Inventory Management, Human Resources, She spent the last 15 years perfecting her Model and now offers it to other practicing physicians.
